Episode V | The London Edition
Here is the moment you’ve all been waiting for.
For this 22 minute episode, the Delirium crew flew down to London to visit the 10 year anniversary of the Roadhouse World Flair. Co-host Jay Du Toit toured us thru the venue and introduces us to some of the oldskool bartenders.
During our trip we also went down to visit a good friend of Delirium, Gavin Smith, at theProhibition Bar in Tower Hill. He makes us one of his favorite cocktails.
We also visited James ‘JJ’ Goodman at his own bar, the London Cocktail Club (LCC) in Covent Garden, He freestyles a very unique version of a classic sour.
The professor Tom Dyer, last years Roadhouse World Final Champion, tells us his experiences at the Roadhouse World Flair and how he got to where he is now.
Last but definitely not least, Luca Valentin. We met him while filming the UFL in Amsterdam. Luca surprised the crowd with his impressive and never before seen style of flair. So we have to show this guy to the world, featured in our ‘In the Spotlight’.
David has been working in the hospitality business since the 2003, but long before that he started designing.
Born in the States but raised in the Netherlands, today he works in bars and as a freelance webdesigner.
From working in different bars, his love for bartending grew exponentially and that's the reason David started to combine his love for bartending and his eye for design and film in Delirium TV.
