An exclusive interview with Dutch Bartending legend Ian Bartos, he opened up in front of our cameras and told us how he went from being one of the best flair bartenders in the world to a succesfull business man in the industry.
This time for our featured bar, we kept it close to home and I thought it was time to show you guys our favorite regular bar in Rotterdam, Cocktail bar Elit, check out the documentary we made about the bar and the interview we had with Manager Erikson explaining how Elit grew out to be one of the best bars in Holland.
Last but not least, we’re broadcasting heat nr 4 of the Underground Flair League in Amsterdam, this is the penultimate heat before the great final in early 2010.
The Underground Flair League in Amsterdam grew out to be an amazing international event where previous winners Lee Johnson, Ghrisha Willrich and Gianluigi Bosco already have been qualified.
David has been working in the hospitality business since the 2003, but long before that he started designing.
Born in the States but raised in the Netherlands, today he works in bars and as a freelance webdesigner.
From working in different bars, his love for bartending grew exponentially and that's the reason David started to combine his love for bartending and his eye for design and film in Delirium TV.
