In one of the many side streets at the heart of Praque’s city center, you can find definitely my favorite bar of all time.
Bugsys bar combines classic bartending with influenses of the modern trendy bars from nowadays. With an amazing cocktail menu and chilled out house music on the background together with their outstanding service. Bugsy’s is by far my favorite bar around. Dont forget to have a look at their amazing display of rare bottles and collecters items as you pass the entrance.
Lab Bar, Soho , London, UK
At the heart of londons Soho district you can find Lab Bar. Being one of the first bars combining flair and mixology and also using only fresh ingredients, Lab bar is still known for being a party place where you can get amazing drinks as well.
Cloud 9, Shanghai, China
On top of Shanhai’s Jin Mao tower at the 69th floor you can find Cloud 9. With an amazing panoramic view overlooking the whole of Shanghai this is a must see for everyone who is visiting china’s metropole.With a wide variety of drinks and a nice little cocktail menu Cloud 9 should definetly be on this list.

kju Bar , Vienna, Austria
At the ring of Vienna’s city center you can find kju bar, wich is known for their party atmospere and their flair and fire shows. This bar is especially popular under the big amount of students that come from all over the world to study in Vienna. With the trendy decor, multiple bars but still with that rough little edge Kju bar is definetly one of my favorite party places.
Roadhouse, Covent Garden, London, UK
What can i say about the Roadhouse… At the Piazza at Covent Garden London, you can find the world famous Roadhouse. Home of the longest running flair competition in the world, Roadhouse is famous for their outstanding bartenders who will amaze the crowd with their flair every night. With live bands on stage and food serving all night Roadhouse is one of my favorite bars to end up in whilst in London.
Spirits Bar, Cologne, Germany
Downtown Cologne, Germany you can find Spirits Bar, This is were I had my best drink so far, The Jack Rose coming home. Owner ‘Chico’ made this bar famous in Germany by infusing there spirits wich gives him the opportunity to come up nice twists on the good old classics, it’s a real step back in time with the twenties decor and jazzy vibe.
If you visit Spirits make sure you have a sip of their home infused apple and cinnemon bourbon.
London Cocktail Club, Leicester Square, London, UK
The London Cocktail Club is located at the Leicester Square area in London. With owner and 42 Below World Champion J.J. Goodman this bar reminded me of walking into a nice comfortable living room where you feel at home straight away. With an amazing backbar, J.J’s fantasy and mixology goes far and will costumize drinks to any standard or request. When in London the ‘LCC’ is a must see for people who are working in the industry.
Hard Rock Cafe, Kowloon, Hongkong
The Hard rock Cafe in Kowloon, Hongkong had to be in my list just for the environment you are in walking out the door. Its located in one of the busiest streets in Kowloon and it gives you an amazing view over Hongkong island wich is one of the nicest skylines i have ever seen. With live bands on stage and the big island bar as the center of attention, the Hard Rock in Kowloon is a perfect getaway for the chaos and electricity of the streets of Hongkong.
Harry’s bar, Amsterdam, The Netherlands
With a cocktail menu that suits drinks for everyone, Harry’s Bar in Amsterdam is Hollands first proper mixology bar, known for their wide variety of drinks going from exclusive beers to topshelf whiskeys and champagne. With their outstanding service and well made classics I’m proud to put Harry’s Bar on our top bar list.
Bar Rouge, Shanghai China
A roof terrace overlooking the Shanghai Pudong financial district, great cocktails, good service and lots of flair behind the bar, Bar Rouge is one of my favorite bars in Asia. With an amazing view outside on the roof, and a great Paris in the 40’s scenery this bar is great to end the night with a good cocktail and great company.
Mike Breuker started as a professional bartender at the age of 18.After working in the Netherlands he progressed his career overseas and worked as a bartender in different countries in Europe and Asia.
He entered the world of the competing bartending industry at the age of 20. After taking the National Bartending Championship at the age of 24 and competing in more then 30 international flair bartending competitions he started what you all know as, Delirium TV.
